01General Provisions

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled — the cashout option may be used if it is available
• During live betting, some bets may be automatically voided when odds change — this is a normal part of how the system operates
• BetNova reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules
• If an event in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection will be counted with a multiplier of 1.00
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market — the limit displayed on the betslip is final

06Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit
• A specified wagering requirement (typically 15–30x) must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn

• Your real balance will be used up before any withdrawals can be made from your bonus balance
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the system may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension
• Cashback bonuses are typically paid out on a weekly basis, calculated on net losses

07Fraud & Abuse

BetNova takes a firm stance against all forms of fraudulent activity. Our advanced AI and risk management team monitors activity around the clock.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses is considered fraud
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited
• Using another member's details to conduct transactions is a punishable offence
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited

BetNova reserves the right to forfeit all balances and permanently close any account where fraud has been proven.

08Account Suspension & Closure

BetNova may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a Terms violation or fraudulent activity is found
• If false information is provided during KYC verification
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the requested timeframe
• Violation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy
• If a discrepancy is found during age verification

You may also close your account at any time. Once your request is submitted, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

09Responsible Gaming
